Understanding the Ocean Soundscape
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management contributed an article, Understanding the Ocean Soundscape, by Dr. Rodney Cluck, Division of Environmental Sciences, and Dr. Jill Lewandowski, Division of Environmental Assessment, in a special edition of ECO magazine. The magazine was produced for the Effects of Noise on Aquatic Life conference in the Netherlands, where Dr. Lewandowski also have a keynote address on “Harmony and discord in international regulation of underwater sound.”
